Our Policies


We choose to create our signs with multi-ply plywood for long lasting durability and accidental drops. Each sign is hand painted followed by our own distressing technique to give it a weathered and worn look. Although hand making our product does cause variations between the picture and the received item, we try our best to maintain quality and accuracy for each and every order. We do not pre-hook items because of variations on hook placement between each customer, but we do provide hooks with all signs at no additional cost and our hooks are easy to install with just a hammer and a flat hard surface.


All items are insured,tracked, and shipped through USPS or UPS. Items are generally shipped within two to three weeks unless stated otherwise. Orders can take an additional few days to be packaged and shipped out. If you need your order by a specific date, please email us prior ordering. 

International : We do ship to Canada as well be sure and select INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. The international shipping charge you pay on our website does not include the “duties and taxes” you will receive when the package is delivered to you. 

The shipping charges you see are the charges we incur from our carrier. 

Any items received by the customer that appear to be damaged must be communicated to us within 7 business days of the package being delivered. Please email signs@jaxnblvd.com with your order number and images of damaged item.


Although there are no returns, we want to make sure you absolutely love what you receive.  If you have any concerns at all with your item, please email us at is signs(at)jaxnblvd(dot)com and let us know what is wrong. 

All items purchased at boutiques or market shows can't not be returned or exchanged once purchased , no exceptions will be made . Most items brought to these shows are special made items . We can not accept returns or exchanges made on anything purchased outside our store front or website .
